In school, one of my professors is trying to promote wellbeing and encouraged us to take captures of our 'wellness moments' whatever those were and send them to her to share with the class.
I am in veterinary medical school, so yes a lot were of cat and dog snuggles and walks. Big surprise there, I know! But there were also spa days, friend trips, artwork, knitting hats, and nature.
I re-discovered a love for extra long walks in nature. Preferably with lots of coffee ;) and I wanted to share my wellness moment with you. I try to practice some sort of wellness every day, and maybe it doesn't always happen but its a work in progress.
