Our Services

We are currently restructuring our survivor support services and focusing on community and chapter projects. As a result, our survivor support application is temporarily closed. To be notified when our services resume, please click here. Thank you!

Who do we serve and why?

At the EmBark Foundation, we provide services to all survivors of trauma including but not limited to individuals who have experienced sexual violence, intimate-partner violence, domestic violence, child abuse, and sex trafficking. We embody a positive support system regardless of any facet of identity while acknowledging the role of intersectionality in trauma.

We serve survivors through our mission due to the inequitable prevalence of these forms of trauma, their mental health impacts, and the effectiveness animals have in healing.

How do I know if I should apply?

If you're a survivor of domestic violence.

If you're a survivor of sexual assault.

If you're a survivor of child abuse.

If you're a survivor of trauma who is struggling with mental illness.

If you're a survivor of any age, race, ethnicity, religion, orientation, or gender.

If you're a survivor who could use something to make you smile today.

If you're a survivor who believes an ESA will help you on your healing journey.

If you're a survivor who just needs a reminder you are not alone.

If you're a survivor.
